    The Wichard HR Swivel Snap Shackle with Standard Bail in the 90 mm size is a high-strength quick-release fitting designed for running rigging applications where increased working load is required without adding unnecessary bulk. Manufactured in France from HR (High Resistance) stainless steel, it offers excellent mechanical strength, fatigue resistance, and corrosion protection for demanding marine environments.

    This 90 mm version provides a further step up in load capacity within the Standard Bail range while maintaining a compact, low-profile design. The Standard Bail allows clean attachment to rope loops, spliced eyes, or shackles, making it well suited to installations where space and weight efficiency are important. The integrated swivel prevents torsional loading and ensures smooth alignment under load during trimming and adjustment.

    The precision-engineered quick-release plunger allows positive disengagement even when the shackle is under tension, providing a critical safety and handling advantage in active sail handling systems.
