Clamcleat CL203 Junior Nylon Rope Cleat for 3–6mm Lines
The Clamcleat CL203 Junior Nylon Rope Cleat is a compact, versatile cleat designed for ropes from 3–6mm. Lightweight yet durable, it’s moulded from UV-stable nylon for excellent resistance to weathering, saltwater, and impact. The CL203 provides a positive, slip-free grip with easy line release — ideal for control lines, halyards, and small-boat rigging.
Two colour options are available as standard:
- CL203 – Black Nylon

CL203W – White Nylon

For improved rope alignment, the CL818 Tapered Pad can be used beneath the cleat. To keep the rope in or out of the jaws, fit a CL814 Keeper.
An alloy version of this cleat is available — the CL211 Mk1 Aluminium Rope Cleat, suitable for both curved and flat surfaces.
Variations of the Junior Cleat include:
- CL203W/S1 – with a roller fairlead for ropes entering from above.
- CL203W/S2 – with a bottom roller for ropes entering from below.
- CL827-03 – designed to be rigged mid-line (“in-air”) on the rope.
If you require a similar cleat without a fairlead, consider the CL204 model.
