Lock-in handles are easy to engage and release with a thumb switch and fit international standard winch sockets. A handle length of 203 mm allows for faster grinding because it swings through a smaller circle, but power is reduced by 20%. 203 mm handles are ideal for smaller boats and light air where speed is more important than power. Published power ratios are based on 254 mm handle length.
