Antal’s sailing equipment is designed to provide maximum efficiency and minimal friction. The DV Jammer is a high-tech locking system for both Dyneema™ and polyester ropes, with six models available for ropes ranging from 8 to 18 mm in diameter. The DV Jammer is highly resistant to vertical, horizontal, and torsional stresses. The DV-grip is a locking system consisting of two opposing blocks, each with a V-groove, resulting in a grip on four faces that can be brought closer to the two faces of conventional jammers. This system has the following advantages: less wear on the ropes, superior holding power, and reduced size and weight. Antal also offers a special mounting base for situations where access to studs, nuts, and washers below the Jammer is not possible (e.g., mast mounting).
