Tuff Luff Aero represents a major evolution of slotted headstay systems. Its unique aerodynamic shape provides at least 9% more lift than regular Tuff Luff extrusions. Faster wind reattachment to the sail with less turbulence is also a benefit of this patented teardrop shape. If you have the need for speed, you have a need for Tuff Luff Aero. All Tuff Luff foils can be bought as complete kits in various profile sizes in a number of standard lengths. To select the proper extrusion, first match the maximum headstay diameter with the diameter of your headstay. Next, select the maximum headstay length which is greater or equal to your boats headstay. The complete kit includes: Extrusion, feeder, pre-feeder (with lanyard), instructions, Tuff Luff tape and knife, sailing tips and x2 spacer tubes.
