    The Wichard HR Swivel Snap Shackle with Large Bail in the 145 mm size is a heavy-duty quick-release fitting designed for very high load running rigging applications on larger sailing yachts. Manufactured in France from HR (High Resistance) stainless steel, it offers exceptional strength, fatigue resistance, and long-term corrosion protection in demanding offshore environments.

    As the largest size in the Large Bail range, this 145 mm model is intended for applications where maximum working load and secure attachment are critical. The Large Bail accommodates thick ropes, soft shackles, and webbing strops with ease, while the integrated swivel prevents torsional loading and ensures correct alignment under load.

    The robust quick-release plunger mechanism allows positive disengagement even when the shackle is loaded, providing a vital safety function when rapid release is required in high-load situations.
