KOHLHOFF LOOP® High load shackles are made from Gottifredi Maffioli's DSK-99 Ultra Wire which is a long-angled braid construction with an exclusive HTR treatment which involves pre-stretching and heat setting. This gives the LOOP® High load shackles very high break strengths and minimum elongation and super-lightweight. As a 'soft' connector, LOOP® Shackles are kind to deck, hull or rig, they do not sink and can be used anywhere. The KOHLHOFF LOOP® High load shackles come with a velcro closure to ensure secure terminations.
