The Unimer U-Cleat Plastcleat 10–12mm is a genuine replacement part for the Unimer U-Cleat Mooring Compensator for 10–12mm Lines. Supplied as a pair, these moulded plastic cleat inserts replace the original Plastcleats embedded within the U-Cleat compensator.
The Plastcleats form an important part of Unimer's quick-fit locking system, securely locating the mooring line within the compensator while allowing the U-Cleat to be installed without requiring access to a free end of the rope.
Replacing worn or damaged Plastcleats allows the main rubber compensator body to remain in service, providing a simple and economical alternative to replacing the complete mooring compensator.
