The Optimist Kit has been developed by Fernando 'Happy' Alegre and contains a large selection of UHMWPE tapes with acrylic adhesive, skived PTFE tapes with high temperature silicon adhesive and PTFE disks. The kit contains 29 items to improve the boat performance and minimize the risk of equipment damage and avoid any possible failure. The kit is fully compliant with the IODA class rules.
