Polyform Norway G4 Fender
The Polyform Norway G4 Fender is a mid-sized cylindrical utility fender from the Original Polyform G-Series, offering increased diameter and cushioning for yachts and motorboats requiring dependable everyday hull protection.
Manufactured in Norway by Polyform, originators of the modern inflatable plastic buoy, the G-Series is made from marine-grade soft vinyl using blow-moulded construction. Longitudinal ribs reinforce the fender body, providing additional strength and abrasion resistance for regular use alongside pontoons, quays and neighbouring boats.
The G4 measures 585mm overall height x 170mm maximum diameter, with a gross volume of 9.9 litres. The increased diameter provides greater cushioning and stand-off from the pontoon or neighbouring vessel while retaining the straightforward handling and storage advantages of a conventional cylindrical fender.
Integrated ropeholds at both ends allow the G4 to be rigged vertically or horizontally according to the hull profile and mooring situation. The 20mm diameter ropehold eyes provide convenient attachment points, while a V-10 all-plastic non-return valve provides straightforward inflation.
As Polyform's dedicated utility fender range, the G-Series provides a straightforward and economical alternative to the heavier-duty F-Series while retaining Polyform Norway's proven marine-grade materials and manufacturing quality.
