The Polyform Norway F01S Fender is the smallest model in the Original Polyform F-Series – a comprehensive range of cylindrical, heavy-duty inflatable fenders designed for everything from small pleasure boats and yachts through to workboats and commercial vessels.
Manufactured in Norway by Polyform, originators of the modern inflatable plastic buoy, the F-Series combines a tough, flexible vinyl body with strong, rib-reinforced ropeholds at both ends. Each fender is rotomoulded in one piece using Polyform's Polymatic® production technology, creating the durable construction for which the F-Series is known.
The compact F01S measures 370mm overall height x 130mm maximum diameter, with a gross volume of 2.8 litres. Its slim cylindrical profile makes it particularly suitable for smaller boats where storage space and available freeboard may be limited, while still providing the robust construction of Polyform's larger F-Series fenders.
Rib-reinforced ropeholds at both ends provide versatile attachment options, allowing the fender to be rigged vertically or horizontally depending on the boat and mooring situation. Each ropehold incorporates an 18mm diameter eye, while a V-10 all-plastic non-return valve provides straightforward inflation.
The F-Series has been developed for demanding marine use and is used worldwide on pleasure boats, yachts, workboats and pilot boats, with progressively larger models extending the same proven design into commercial and ship fendering applications.
