Polyform Norway A6 Fender
The Polyform Norway A6 Fender is a substantial heavy-duty fender and buoy from the Original Polyform A-Series, intended for larger yachts, commercial vessels and demanding marine applications.
Manufactured in Norway by Polyform, originators of the modern inflatable plastic buoy, the A6 uses Polyform's tough, flexible vinyl construction together with a heavily reinforced ropehold. Polyform's WELCOTEC rotomoulding technology integrates the ropehold with the inflatable body to create the rugged construction for which the A-Series is known.
Measuring 1120mm overall height x 850mm maximum diameter, the A6 has a gross volume of 405 litres and recommended maximum load of 243 kg. At 850mm in diameter it provides significant stand-off and cushioning, making it particularly useful when fendering larger yachts and vessels against pontoons, harbour walls or neighbouring boats.
Its size and heavy-duty construction also make the A6 particularly relevant to commercial applications, where the A-Series is used for fishing gear, net buoys, long lines, markers and other demanding buoy duties.
The Polyform Norway A6 Fender is available in four colours – Blue, Black, Red and White, providing options for both vessel fendering and high-visibility buoy applications.
