Sizing Guidance (Important)

- For spinnakers: choose a snuffer 500–1000mm shorter than the sail’s luff/leech length
- For gennakers: choose a snuffer 500–1000mm shorter than the leech length
With gennakers, the longer luff will extend slightly beyond the snuffer when fully doused. This is by design and helps prevent the clew patch from catching inside the snuffer mouth, ensuring smooth and reliable retrieval.
