Gottifredi Maffiloi ropes Olympicstar 78 is high load, low stretch and indestructible. This double braid construction with Compact 78 core makes it very easy to splice and taper, while the Dyneema® + Cordura® cover provides unparalleled abrasion resistance and grip together with easy handling. As the name suggests, it was developed for the 2008 Olympics in Qingdao and is ideal for control lines, halyards and sheets. Olympicstar 78 is specifically designed for very high load applications and aggressive cleats. Available in diameters from 4mm - 8mm.
