Built from off the roll torsion rope and finished to custom length by Armare's in-house rigging team.
The Zero Twist torsion rope features a Vectran core for minimal stretch with two layers of braided cover and resin providing the torsional performance. The finished ends are stitched for strength and whipped to secure the thimble. The 'splice' is then covered in a heat-shrink sleeve.
For a custom finished torsion rope please specify the exact pin-pin length to be built at specified load. Specifying build load is important to account for initial stretch of the rope.
Cut lengths of material can also be ordered without any custom finish.
