The Antal T660 Deck Organiser is a high-capacity, heavy-duty solution designed to route multiple highly loaded control lines smoothly from the mast base to rope clutches while providing enhanced rope guidance through Antal's advanced Tulip sheave profile. Developed for larger cruising yachts, offshore yachts and performance sailing yachts with extensive running rigging systems, it combines exceptional load capacity with superior rope control where lines approach or exit the organiser at varying angles.
Unlike standard deck organisers that use conventional sheave profiles, Tulip sheaves feature a deeper, more supportive groove geometry that helps keep ropes correctly positioned within the sheave. This improves rope retention and alignment, particularly in installations where control lines do not run perfectly straight through the organiser. The result is smoother rope handling, reduced friction and improved reliability in demanding sailing conditions.
The T660 features six large-diameter aluminium Tulip sheaves with a hard anodised and Teflon-coated finish for exceptional strength, wear resistance and corrosion protection. Each sheave runs on a Composite Fibre axial bearing supported by large self-captive Torlon® side bearings, creating a highly efficient bearing system capable of handling both high running loads and significant side loads. This advanced design makes the T60 range ideally suited to modern yachts carrying heavily loaded running rigging.
With a Safe Working Load of 2200kg per sheave and suitability for ropes up to 14mm diameter, the T660 is engineered for demanding applications including halyards, reefing systems, furling controls and other critical sail handling functions.
As with the wider Antal organiser range, the T660 features a modular, stackable design, allowing multiple organisers to be combined into larger rope management systems. The organiser remains fully assembled when mounting hardware is removed, simplifying installation and maintenance. Supplied complete with mounting screws, nuts and washers, it provides a robust and professional solution for modern deck layouts.
