Antal Deck Organiser – 5 Sheaves D60
The Antal D650 Deck Organiser is a heavy-duty solution designed to route highly loaded control lines smoothly from the mast base to rope clutches. Developed for larger cruising yachts, offshore yachts and performance sailing yachts with more complex running rigging systems, it provides efficient rope management while reducing friction and maintaining proper line alignment across the deck.
Unlike clutch organisers, which are installed behind rope clutches to redirect loaded lines towards a winch, Antal Deck Organisers are positioned ahead of the clutch bank and are optimised for guiding lines cleanly from mast base turning blocks and deck fittings to the clutches. This helps improve sail handling efficiency while reducing wear on ropes and deck hardware.
The D650 features five large-diameter aluminium sheaves with a hard black anodised finish for exceptional strength, wear resistance and durability. Each sheave runs on a composite fibre main bearing supported by twin side ball bearings, combining excellent load-carrying capacity with smooth, low-friction operation. This advanced bearing arrangement makes the D60 range particularly well suited to handling the higher loads generated by larger sailing yachts.
With a Safe Working Load of 2200kg per sheave and suitability for ropes up to 18mm diameter, the D650 is designed for demanding running rigging applications including halyards, reefing systems, furling controls and other highly loaded sail handling functions.
As with all organisers in the Antal range, the D650 features a modular, stackable design, allowing multiple organisers to be combined into larger rope management systems. The organiser also remains fully assembled when mounting hardware is removed, simplifying installation and maintenance. Supplied complete with mounting screws, nuts and washers, it provides a robust and professional solution for modern deck layouts.
