Antal Deck Organiser – 2 Tulip Sheaves T50
The Antal T520 Deck Organiser is designed to provide smooth, efficient line routing from the mast base to rope clutches while offering enhanced control of line positioning compared to conventional deck organisers. Featuring Antal's distinctive Tulip sheave profile, it is particularly effective where lines approach or exit the organiser at varying angles, helping to maintain proper rope alignment and minimise the risk of ropes climbing the sheave flange.
Unlike standard deck organisers that utilise conventional sheave profiles, Tulip sheaves feature a deeper, more supportive groove geometry that better controls modern low-stretch ropes as they move through changing lead angles. This makes them particularly valuable on modern sailing yachts with complex deck layouts, where control lines may not always run perfectly straight through the organiser.
The T520 features two high-strength resin Tulip sheaves running on self-captive double-sided ball bearings. This advanced bearing arrangement delivers exceptionally smooth, low-friction operation while ensuring the bearing assembly remains securely retained within the sheave. The 45mm sheave diameter provides excellent rope support for lines up to 12mm diameter, making the organiser suitable for a wide range of cruising and performance sailing applications.
Each sheave is rated to a Safe Working Load of 1200kg, allowing the organiser to handle heavily loaded halyards, reefing lines, furling controls and other critical running rigging functions with confidence.
As with the wider Antal organiser range, the T520 features a modular, stackable design, allowing multiple organisers to be combined into larger rope management systems. The organiser remains assembled when mounting hardware is removed, simplifying installation and maintenance. Supplied complete with mounting screws, nuts and washers, it offers a durable and professional solution for modern deck layouts.
