The Tylaska T16 Martin Breaker is the largest and most powerful model in the Martin Breaker range, designed for yachts in the 40–50 ft class and beyond. Engineered from heat-treated 17-4 PH stainless steel and precision-machined to aerospace tolerances, the T16 provides unmatched strength, safety, and reliability for demanding high-load applications.
Fitted with a Dyneema® remote-release cord, the T16 allows a fully loaded tack shackle to be released instantly and safely from the cockpit. This system eliminates the need for a bow crew to manually spike the shackle, making it especially valuable during spinnaker drops in heavy weather or offshore conditions. For professional race crews and short-handed sailors alike, it delivers confidence and control during high-stakes manoeuvres.
