Spinlock TSR30 – 2 Sheave Organiser (Standard and Low Profile)
The Spinlock TSR30 2 Sheave Organiser is a heavy-duty aft organiser designed for diverting highly loaded lines from clutches and jammers to winches with maximum control and minimal friction. As part of Spinlock’s top-end TSR organiser family, the TSR30 is engineered around 30 mm alloy sheaves, providing increased bearing surface, improved deflection handling, and higher load acceptance than the TSR20 range. This makes it particularly suitable for larger yachts, high-load halyards, and control lines requiring significant changes in direction.
The TSR30 uses rotating alloy sheaves on plain bearings for predictable, reliable performance under extreme tension. The tulip-shaped sheave geometry reduces friction during vertical line deflection, while the modular alloy top rail allows full customisation of sheave spacing. Fixed sheave inserts can be added where even greater deflection loads are anticipated.
Two installation formats are available: the Standard TSR30 and the Low Profile TSR30L, the latter designed for restricted spaces such as mast bases, in-deck tunnels, or tight aft deck layouts where height must be minimised.
