Spinlock TSR20 – 2 Sheave Organiser (Standard and Low Profile)
The Spinlock TSR20 2 Sheave Organiser is a compact, high-integrity aft organiser designed specifically for diverting lines from clutches, jammers, and other high-load rope control hardware. Unlike traditional deck organisers, the TSR range is engineered to handle extreme deflection loads while maintaining precise line guidance, making it ideal for performance yachts with dense rope layouts and complex routing requirements.
The TSR20 uses 20 mm alloy sheaves, each rotating on plain bearings to provide reliable, predictable performance under load. The tulip-shaped sheave geometry helps to reduce friction during vertical deflection, while the modular, open-rail design allows sheaves to be repositioned to achieve custom spacing. Fixed sheave inserts can be added to further increase allowable deflection loads where required.
Two versions are available: the Standard TSR20 and the Low Profile TSR20L, the latter designed for installations where height is restricted, such as mast bases, in-deck tunnels, or areas with limited clearance.

• Maximum individual 20 mm sheave load: 1500 kg
• Total combined sheave load: 750 kg × number of sheaves
• 30° deflected rope load: 3000 kg
• 60° deflected rope load: 1500 kg
These ratings make the TSR20 particularly suitable for highly loaded control lines requiring moderate deflection angles.
