The Spinlock TC50 3 Sheave High Load Deck Organiser is engineered for yachts that require smooth, reliable routing of three heavily-loaded control lines. As part of Spinlock’s true high-load organiser family, the TC50 offers a Safe Working Load of 1500 kg and utilises robust 50 mm alloy sheaves that deliver exceptional strength, heat resistance, and durability under high halyard and control line tensions.
The alloy sheaves provide a significant step up from the composite designs used in the T25, T38, and T50 ranges, ensuring superior performance in demanding trimming and hoisting situations. Combined with an efficient bearing surface, the TC50 minimises friction and helps preserve halyard life even under repeated cycling and peak load events.
The Vari-camber base automatically follows the curve of the deck for a secure installation with improved sealing. Integral end fairings protect lines during side loading, maintaining fair, safe entry angles across varied deck geometries. Both Symmetric and Asymmetric variants are available, with the Asymmetric body reducing deck footprint and weight.
The TC50 shares mounting geometry with the T50 range, allowing the two to be stacked together to create mixed-load organiser banks.
