The Spinlock TC50 2 Sheave High Load Deck Organiser is purpose-built for yachts operating at the highest levels of running-rigging load, sitting above the T50 range as Spinlock’s dedicated high-load organiser system. With a Safe Working Load of 1500 kg and robust 50 mm alloy sheaves, the TC50 is engineered for exceptional durability, low friction under peak tension, and long service life in demanding sailing conditions.
The use of machined alloy sheaves is a key step up from the composite sheaves found in the T25, T38, and standard T50 organisers. These alloy sheaves provide superior stiffness, heat resistance, and wear performance when handling highly loaded halyards, reefing lines, and heavyweight control systems. Combined with an efficient bearing surface, the TC50 delivers noticeably reduced friction during hoists, trims, and high-load stabilised running.
The Vari-camber base is designed to follow the curve of the deck for clean, well-sealed installation. Integral end fairings manage side loading safely, supporting fair line entry and exit even where deck geometry is constrained. Both Symmetric and Asymmetric variants are available, with the Asymmetric format reducing overall deck footprint and delivering useful weight savings.
The TC50 shares its mounting geometry with the T50 range, allowing both to be stacked together. This gives riggers the flexibility to combine medium-load (T50) and high-load (TC50) units within a single integrated organiser bank.
