The Ronstan Series 75 Two-Speed Mainsheet Top Block (RF72700T) is a high-strength, load-bearing block designed to work as the fixed upper component in a two-speed 3:1 / 6:1 mainsheet system for sports boats and keelboats up to 12m (40ft).

This block forms the structural backbone of the system, handling the primary loads generated by the mainsheet while enabling efficient line routing for both the 3:1 and 6:1 purchase configurations. When paired with the matching bottom block (RF72700B), it completes a versatile two-speed system that allows both fast trimming and precise load control.

With a Safe Working Load of 800kg, it is matched to the corresponding bottom block to ensure a balanced and safe system configuration. The complete system is suitable for boats with mainsail areas up to:

End-boom sheeting: 38m² (409ft²)
Mid-boom sheeting: 23m² (248ft²)

Built to Ronstan’s Series 75 specification, the block features 75mm sheaves designed for lines up to 12mm, acetal ball bearings for low-friction performance, and anodised aluminium cheeks for strength and corrosion resistance.

A robust and reliable upper block, essential for building a high-performance two-speed mainsheet system with smooth operation and dependable load handling.
