The PremiumRopes TN Racing Pro – 10mm is a specialist, heavy-duty sheet rope, specifically developed for high-load applications where maximum abrasion resistance and durability are essential. Designed for demanding offshore sailing and regatta use, this rope features a Stirotex® (HMPE) core for exceptional strength and minimal stretch, combined with an advanced Technora® / Stirotex® / Polyester blended cover.
The unique cover blend combines the heat and abrasion resistance of Technora®, the slippery, hard-wearing properties of Stirotex®, and the handling flexibility of Polyester. This dramatically improves abrasion resistance, making the TN Racing Pro ideal for winch-intensive sheet systems where lines are continually loaded, trimmed, and eased.
However, due to the slick nature of the Stirotex® fibres in the cover, this rope is not recommended for use in rope clutches or halyard jammers, where grip is critical. It is purpose-built for sheet applications.
