Morfrac powerfurl.[four] – Top-Down Integrator (4.5t SWL)
The Morfrac Top-Down Integrator for powerfurl.[four] enables reliable top-down furling of asymmetric spinnakers and other free-flying sails on yachts using the 4.5t SWL Powerfurl furler. Machined from high-grade aluminium alloy and hard-anodised for offshore durability, this component connects the furler drum to a torsion cable via a precision-bearing sheave—translating drum rotation into torsional energy for clean, progressive furling from the head down.
Optimised for performance multihulls and monohulls in the 45–55 ft range, the integrator allows seamless adaptation of the standard furler for use with sails that don’t have a fixed luff.
Importantly, this integrator is identical to the unit used with the powerfurl.[six], allowing shared use of fittings and simplifying inventory or spares across larger installations.
