Available from April 2026, the Karver KJ3 V2 Cam Cleat is the latest evolution of Karver’s high-performance rope jammers. Supplied complete with stainless steel fairlead, this single-size cleat is engineered for sailors who demand maximum holding power, smooth release and long-term durability in a compact format.
With a Working Load of 310kg, the KJ3 V2 delivers nearly double the load capacity of many direct competitors in its class. Designed for ropes up to 10mm, it is ideal for high-load control lines, vangs, cunninghams and halyard take-offs on performance dinghies and sailing yachts alike.
Die-Cast Polished Stainless Steel Construction
The KJ3 V2 stands out immediately thanks to its die-cast polished stainless steel body. This new stainless-steel version is a refined blend of tradition, modernity and advanced engineering. The result is exceptional strength, corrosion resistance and a premium finish suited to both race boats and quality cruising yachts.
Optimised Jaw Design – Secure Hold, Easier Release
Not all cam cleats are the same. The KJ3 V2 is distinguished by its highly developed jaw geometry:

Integrated Stainless Steel Fairlead
This version is supplied with a stainless steel fairlead fitted as standard. The fairlead helps guide the rope cleanly into the jaws, improving engagement from a wider range of angles and reducing the risk of accidental release. It also provides additional security when lines are highly loaded or subject to dynamic movement.
