The Harken 75mm Black Magic Air Low Load Block delivers all the core performance features of the Black Magic range—Torlon® bearings, lightweight strength, and easy serviceability—in a lower load configuration. Designed for 14mm lines with a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1361kg and a Breaking Load of 2722kg, it is ideal for spinnaker systems, mainsheet fine-tune lines, or lightly loaded halyard leads where peak forces are reduced, but efficiency and reliability remain critical.
Efficient Bearing System for Smooth Operation
A large 75mm sheave rides on Torlon® roller bearings, supported by a centre cage that keeps the rollers aligned and evenly spaced for low friction under load. Delrin® side-load ball bearings are fully captive, supporting lateral loads without risk of loss or misalignment.
Shackle Mounting with Customisable Movement
This model includes a shackle head, offering flexible attachment. A smart set screw system allows the shackle to be either locked in a fixed orientation or left free to swivel, depending on your rigging preferences or system requirements—ideal for avoiding line twist or optimising alignment under varying load angles.
