Ronstan's range of continuous line furling systems puts great performance and reliability within the reach of cruising and racing sailors alike. The gennaker furler system is suitable for gennaker and headsail furling on dinghies up to 7m and staysails on boats up to 12m. The furler combines minimum weight with optimised drum diameter for power and furling efficiency and its low profile design allows maximum luff length/sail area. The alloy drum features a ribbed rope groove profile for maximum grip on the furling line. The furling line self-ejects from the drum grip area as the sail unfurls for fast, smooth deployment. Both furler and swivel feature high performance ball bearings that are factory sealed and maintenance free.
This gennaker furler set includes: RS006000 furler, RS006010 top swivel and RS000001 continuous furling line. Ronstan continuous line furling systems require the sail to be either completely unfurled or completely furled – the furler cannot be used with a partially furled sail.
