Antal 4Race 190 Outhaul Car
The Antal 4Race 190 Outhaul Car is the largest in the 4Race outhaul range, designed for yachts from 48–60 ft. Built on the robust 4Race track platform, it delivers maximum strength and smooth travel under load, making it ideal for handling the significant outhaul forces generated by larger mainsails.
Machined from hard black anodised aluminium and reinforced with stainless steel side plates, the car is engineered to withstand the toughest conditions with a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1900 kg. Four rows of Torlon® and Delrin® ball bearings run in precision-machined races, ensuring low-friction movement and reliable performance even under maximum outhaul tension.
The car features a central 10 mm shackle attachment point, providing a secure and dependable dead-end for the outhaul line. In a simple 1:1 arrangement, the outhaul runs from the car through the mainsail clew and aft along the boom, with the car’s smooth-running ball bearings ensuring efficient trimming under high loads.
As with the rest of the range, the 190 outhaul car is designed to run on the 31×21 mm 4Race track (Antal ref: 4510), used in conjunction with end stops ref: 4271/B, guaranteeing full compatibility within the 4Race system.
