Antal 4Race 190 Traveller Car – 4:1 Control (Part No. 4194)
The Antal 4Race 190 Traveller Car – 4:1 Control is designed for yachts in the 42–48 ft range, running on the 31x21mm 4Race track. It is intended for use with the Antal 4Race 110–190 End Control – Double Sheave + Becket (Part No. 4275) to form a 4:1 purchase traveller system that provides maximum mechanical advantage and precise control under heavy loads.
The car is fitted with two sheaves at each end, allowing the control line to be reeved through the double-sheave end controls. In this setup, the becket is located on the 4275 End Control, providing a secure and efficient termination point for the control line.
It is also set up to accept the Antal OPF 100 Single Block, enabling a robust, low-profile, shackle-free connection to the mainsheet or control line system.
Built from hard anodised aluminium for exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, the car runs on four independent ball bearing circuits — two Torlon® (lower) for high-load capacity and two Delrin® (upper) for smooth rolling under load. Side windows make it easy to clean, inspect, or replace bearings, ensuring long-term reliability.
