Antal Traveller Car for Track 26x20 – Single with OPF 60 Connection (Part No. 4100)
This Antal traveller car is designed for use with Antal’s 26x20mm traveller track and features a single sheave layout with OPF 60 connection for direct attachment to compatible blocks. The OPF (Optimised Performance Fitting) system eliminates the need for shackles, keeping the setup low-profile and compact—ideal for high-performance traveller or mainsheet systems.
The car runs freely along the track and does not include a central locking pin. Positioning is controlled using track-mounted pin stops or end stops, depending on the application.
Internally, the car is equipped with four independent ball bearing circuits:
- 2 Torlon® circuits on the lower side for high load-bearing capacity
- 2 Delrin® circuits on the upper side for smooth rolling
This configuration ensures exceptional load handling while maintaining smooth operation. Even in the event of bearing failure due to overload, the car is designed to remain safely on the track. Integrated side windows allow for easy inspection, cleaning, and replacement of ball bearings during maintenance.
