Karver's quick release stainless steel 3:1 friction sheave provides a flexible solution for the connection of the drum to deck or can be used as a sheave for a 2:1 halyard. With the option of using it in either a 2:1 or 3:1 configuration this simple, robust design provides excellent luff tension control with little maintenance and trouble free operation. It features a quick release, captive pin mechanism and is a useful addition to the standard furling drum.
