Footblock and cheek block

Cheek blocks and foot blocks are designed to be mounted to the deck or mast and locked in place with bolts and are used to change line direction. Foot blocks are generally used on deck and can handle higher loads, whilst cheek blocks tend to be lower load and on the mast. However the difference between foot and cheek blocks are minimal and the distinction blurred!
