Spinlock BRS 63mm – Mobile Block with Locking Cam
The Spinlock BRS 63mm is the larger, higher-load version of Spinlock’s mobile jammer block concept. As a “floating” block in the deck-layout sense, it is not tied to a fixed mounting position and can be deployed wherever you have a suitable strong point. The robust webbing strop allows the block to be attached quickly to stanchion bases, toe rails, padeyes, or boom sections, creating a strong, reliable turning point exactly where it is required.
The integrated locking cam stopper provides confident line control even under higher working loads. This makes the 63mm BRS an excellent choice for larger asymmetric sheets, heavier tweaker systems, outhaul or vang deflection, temporary deflection points for furling lines, or emergency rigging solutions. By allowing you to “park” a sheet or control line temporarily, it can reduce reliance on extra winches or clutches in key manoeuvres.
With no need for drilling and no permanent hardware footprint, the BRS 63mm is especially useful for performance-oriented or cruising yachts where flexible, uncluttered deck layouts are a priority.
