The Morfrac Top-Down Integrator for powerfurl.[one] transforms your standard furler into a fully capable top-down system—ideal for handling asymmetric spinnakers and other free-flying sails on small racing yachts, sports boats, and performance cruisers.
Designed specifically for the 1.5t SWL furler, this compact integrator connects the drum to a torsion cable via an internally bearing-supported sheave. This allows the drum’s rotation to be efficiently transferred into torsional energy—enabling progressive, controlled furling from the head down for sails without a fixed luff.
CNC-machined from 6082 aluminium alloy and hard-anodised for corrosion resistance, this part is engineered for low-friction operation under light to moderate loads, while maintaining full structural integrity.
