The Karver KMH Internal mast lock is a compact and lightweight locking device specifically for headsails. The mechanism is integrated into the mast and must be designed for, and installed by, the mast manufacturer. The Karver KMH lock is based on the tried and tested KFH locking mechanism and is designed to maximise available headsail luff length. This halyard lock does not swivel and does NOT require a trip-line - the halyard alone is used to lock and unlocked by the system. A simple, lightweight, non-structural cover offers opportunities for colour options, easy servicing and the ability to manually unlock the system. The unit is supplied as standard with a black cover.
