Antal 4Race 150 Outhaul Car
The Antal 4Race 150 Outhaul Car is a heavy-duty outhaul solution for yachts from 42–48 ft, delivering reliable clew control with smooth, low-friction operation. Built on the proven 4Race track platform, it is optimised for higher loads while maintaining the same precision and durability as the smaller 110 model.
Constructed from hard black anodised aluminium with stainless steel side plates, the car is engineered for demanding offshore use, with a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1400 kg. Four rows of Torlon® and Delrin® ball bearings run in precision-machined races, ensuring smooth, effortless travel even under maximum outhaul tension.
The car is fitted with a central 8 mm shackle attachment point, allowing the outhaul line to be securely dead-ended on the car before passing through the mainsail clew and aft along the boom in a straightforward 1:1 system. This arrangement is compact, highly reliable, and benefits from the car’s ball-bearing efficiency when trimming under load.
As part of the 4Race system, the 150 outhaul car is designed to run on the 31×21 mm 4Race track (Antal ref: 4510), in combination with end stops ref: 4271/B, ensuring a fully compatible, high-performance setup.
