Constructed from hard black anodised aluminium with stainless steel side plates, the car runs on four rows of Torlon® and Delrin® ball bearings, ensuring consistent low-friction movement. With a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1400 kg, it is engineered for higher sheet loads typical of yachts in this size range.
This version is configured for a 4:1 control system. It features a becket at one end for dead-ending the control line, and a double 45 mm control sheave at the other end for efficient purchase layout. The genoa sheet is handled through a large 60 mm lead sheave, providing smooth and reliable sail trim even under maximum load.
