Spinlock TSR20 – 3 Sheave Organiser (Standard and Low Profile)
The Spinlock TSR20 3 Sheave Organiser is a high-load aft organiser designed for diverting rope lines from clutches and jammers to winches with precision and minimal friction. Using 20 mm alloy sheaves mounted on plain bearings, the TSR20 provides dependable performance for high-load control systems where compact routing is required.
Its modular design allows sheaves to be repositioned along the alloy top rail to optimise spacing, while the tulip-shaped sheave geometry reduces friction during vertical deflection. The Standard TSR20 and Low Profile TSR20L versions ensure installation flexibility, particularly in tight areas such as mast bases and in-deck tunnels. Fixed sheave inserts can be added to increase the allowable deflection loads for demanding applications.
