MORFRAC powerfurl.[one] – Drum and Swivelhead (1.5t SWL)
The Morfrac powerfurl.[one] is the smallest unit in the Powerfurl range, purpose-built for performance sailing yachts with furling requirements up to 1.5 tonnes SWL. It delivers professional-grade performance and engineering in a compact, lightweight form factor, ideal for sportboats, high-performance dinghies, and small multihulls.
As with all Powerfurl models, the [one] features CNC-machined 6082 aluminium alloy construction, hard-anodised for durability in harsh marine environments. The hybrid bearing system combines stainless steel and Torlon® elements for consistent, low-friction furling under load. Despite its size, the powerfurl.[one] offers the same modular attachment flexibility found across the range.

- Bare Drum & Swivelhead (No Attachments) – A clean unit supplied without terminal fittings, for custom or integrated rigging configurations.
- Shackle Attachment (Drum and Swivel) – Fitted with forged stainless steel shackles at both ends, each rated to the full 1.5t SWL. Morfrac’s commitment to structural integrity ensures no weak links—unlike other furlers where underspecified shackles can compromise the system’s load rating.
- Mixed Fitting (Shackle + Lash) – A combination setup featuring a single lash fitting and one shackle, offering installation versatility depending on deck or sail layout.
- Double Lash Fittings – Both drum and swivelhead equipped with lash eyelets for full textile rigging and minimal weight.
Additional accessories such as top-down adapters, terminal kits, and deck mounting hardware are available separately.
