Antal 4Race 110 Outhaul Car
The Antal 4Race 110 Outhaul Car is designed specifically for outhaul systems on yachts from 33–42 ft, providing a robust and low-friction connection point for clew adjustment. Running on the proven 4Race track platform, it delivers smooth and reliable movement under load, making mainsail shape control more efficient and precise.
Constructed from hard black anodised aluminium with stainless steel side plates, the car is engineered to withstand heavy loads, with a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1000 kg. Four rows of Torlon® and Delrin® ball bearings run in precision-machined races, ensuring consistent low-friction operation even at maximum working loads.
The car features a central 8 mm shackle attachment point, allowing the outhaul line to be securely dead-ended on the car before running through the mainsail clew and aft along the boom in a simple 1:1 system. This compact arrangement benefits from the car’s smooth rolling action, making adjustment under load both easier and more controlled.
Importantly, the 4Race 110 outhaul car is designed to run on the 31×21 mm 4Race track (Antal ref: 4510), used together with end stops ref: 4271/B, ensuring compatibility and reliability as part of a complete outhaul system.
