The Spinlock TC50 4 Sheave High Load Deck Organiser provides a robust solution for routing four highly-loaded lines aft on performance cruisers and race yachts. Using 50 mm alloy sheaves and a highly efficient bearing surface, the TC50 delivers low-friction line handling under sustained, elevated tensions while maintaining long-term durability and reliability.
The alloy sheaves represent a key advantage over composite designs in the T25, T38, and T50 ranges, offering improved heat dissipation, stiffness, and wear resistance during repeated high-load cycles. The Vari-camber base conforms to curved deck surfaces, improving installation accuracy and seal integrity.
Integral end fairings manage side loading safely for cleaner line entry and exit. Both Symmetric and Asymmetric variants are offered, with the Asymmetric version reducing deck footprint and overall weight. The TC50’s mounting geometry matches the T50 organiser, allowing both ranges to be stacked together to create mixed-load control banks.
