The Karver KJC10 Carbon Jammer is a recent carbon version of Karver’s legendary KJ 3-jaw high load ascender. Even though the aluminum version remains available, the KJC becomes their new standard. The secret of KJ blockers lies in 2 simple technical elements: a conical shape where the more you pull the more it gets stuck and the use of 3 jaws to distribute the load over 360° so as to never flatten or damage the ropes.
