The Morfrac powerfurl.[six] Swivel Only is a robust upper swivel designed for the most demanding applications in the Powerfurl range. With a Safe Working Load of 6 tonnes, this replacement component is engineered for large offshore-capable monohulls and multihulls operating with high-load foresails such as Code 0s, staysails, and gennakers.
Precision CNC-machined from 6082 aluminium alloy and hard-anodised for superior resistance to corrosion, the swivel incorporates Morfrac’s hybrid bearing system using stainless steel and Torlon® elements to ensure smooth, dependable furling under maximum load.
Supplied without connection fittings, it provides the flexibility to pair with Morfrac’s full range of modular terminal hardware or reuse existing rigging components.
