Harken recommends equipping every system with Carbo lead blocks for safe furling from the cockpit. This block allows furling line to travel outboard of the stanchion to keep the sidedeck clear. It mounts with a strong four-screw clamp without removing the stanchion or lifelines. Three blocks are included in Harken's Stanchion-Mount Lead Block Kit 7404. Can be used in conjuction with 40mm Stanchion-Mount Block 7401 and 57mm Ratchet Stanchion-Mount Block 7402. Fits 25mm (1') stanchions.
