The Carbowind HR is a measuring instrument for wind speed and direction and connects to the Topline bus of your installation. The long vertical carbon arm places the sensor’s head more than a meter above the mast head, clear of the upwash effects that can affect wind measurements. The very light carbon wind vane is not affected by vibrations and gives excellent sensitivity.

Wind speed range (tested in laboratory): 0 to 60 knots.

Installation requires trapezoidal carbon tube 90-60-537 and avionic Carbowind cable 90-60-381 or 90-60-351 (not supplied).
